Utk memahami aljabar, mk yg perlu km pahami adlh suku, koefisien, konstanta, dan variabel. What's that?
a) Suku adalah bentuk aljabar yg dipisahkan oleh suatu tanda operasi, ex. 2x+3y, mk yg termasuk suku adlh 2x dan 3y
b) Variabel adalah sesuatu yg blm diketahui, disimbolkan dgn huruf kecil, ex. a, b, c, ..., z
c) Koefisien adalah bilangan yg berada di dpn variabel, ex. 3y²-2y+2, mk koefisien dr variabel y² adlh 3, dan koefisien dr variabel y adlh -2
d) Konstanta yaitu bilangan tetap yg biasanya berada setelah suku yg mengandung variabel, ex. 6n-9, maka konstantanya adlh -9
Bentuk aljabar berdasarkan banyaknya suku:
a) Monomial (suku satu):
Bentuk aljabar yg memilki satu suku
Ex. 6, m, 8a
b) Binomial (bkn binomial nomenklatur :v) (suku dua):
Bentuk aljabar yg memiliki dua suku
Ex. x²-121
c) Trinomial (suku tiga):
Bentuk aljabar yg memiliki tiga suku
Ex. m²+2m-35
d) Polinomial (suku banyak):
Bentuk aljabar yg memiliki lebih dr tiga suku:
Ex. a³+75a²+15a+125
