There aren't any animal adoption centers in Minecraft. You will have to find a stray kitten to bring home in the wild. Luckily, cats are accessible to locate. How to tame a cat

Step 3: Continue feeding the cat more raw fish until hearts appear above its head, which means it is being tamed. You will likely have to feed it multiple times before it can be like you, so stock with fish before you attempt this.



Step 4: Once the cat has been fed to the point of exhaustion that the heart will cease to exist and the cat will gain a collar. Now you have a pet cat.
