If you're concerned about the risks of 5G and 5G, you're not alone. It's been linked to cancer and other diseases, and even has been the object of Vandalism. It's also connected to radio-frequency wavesthat can be dangerous to the immune system. If you want to learn more about this, keep reading.
Radiation caused cancer
It's unclear if radiation-induced cancer is linked to 5G. However, there is evidence that 5G can weaken our immune system, making us more vulnerable to COVID-19. Furthermore, studies have demonstrated that 5G doesn't affect the transmission of new coronaviruses. However, further research is required to verify these results.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is studying the health risks that come with 5G technology. The agency is analyzing public health data and scientific evidence to assess the potential health risks related to this technology. It is not yet certain if the risks are severe enough to justify a moratorium on 5G deployment.
Inflammatory system weakening
One of the most recent conspiracy theories that are circulating on the internet suggests that wireless 5G can weaken the immune system of humans. According to this theory, five-G's wireless technologies are responsible for the spread that the Covid-19 virus which is a deadly coronavirus. This virus can be transmitted from person-to-person and was first recognized within Wuhan, China, about 18 months ago. Covid-19 is found in a variety of different countries, and it has been associated with thousands of deaths.
5G wireless technology utilizes Radio waves with high frequency to link smartphones and other devices. There is no research on whether or not these waves can cause cancer. Certain experts believe that 5G can affect the immune system and could lead to an increased risk of developing COVID-19.
Cancer
A recent resolution of members of the Portland City Council demands that the Federal Communications Commission do more study on the health impacts of 5G wireless networks. While this research is necessary however, it's unlikely to be completed in the same amount of time as 5G technology is deployed. In the meantime, the technology will be moving to the next generation of technology, likely 7G or 6G. The resolution expresses the desire to have local control over the issue However, the resolution acknowledges that local governments are not legally permitted to defy federal directives.
Many experts argue that the radiation produced through 5G technology is not enough to cause cancer. However, recent research carried out by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has questioned this notion. This study has been able to prove the causal link with radiofrequency radiation and the development of cancer both animal and human studies. In the study, the researchers reviewed 125 research studies that were conducted on humans and 75 animal models between 2008 and 2019. The FDA discovered no link to radiofrequency energy and cancer.
Vandalism
A growing number of vandals are attacking the infrastructure of 5G networks. Some of the vandalism has been involving sabotage of mobile networks by burning down masts and destroying other infrastructure. Additionally, there have seen reports about people hiding needles and razor blades in anti-5G posters. Furthermore, cell phone radiation blocker have been linked to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Protests against 5G have taken place all over the globe. Protesters against 5G have declared the 6th of June as a day of worldwide protest and declared that the radio emissions from 5G can be harmful to the environment. However, most scientists disagree with the activists.
Arson
There have been a variety of rumors that link 5G mobile networks with arson attacks. The most recent incident involved the burning of 20 towers of cell phones located in the United Kingdom during the Easter weekend. The arsonists had a plan in mind: they set the cell phone towers on fire with the form of ears like bunnies. This pattern may be connected with the pandemic of coronavirus. However, no one has been able to confirm this hypothesis.
While the theories were around for years, the recent hype around 5G has increased their visibility. For instance in a New York Times article noted that Russian propaganda channel RT America had been broadcasting reports about risks of using 5G. In the meantime, groups such as those of the Oakmore Neighborhood Advocacy Group have been citing Pall's arguments at city council meetings and public forums for communities, and protesting against 5G deployment in their area.
Politicians
The next generation of wireless technology, called 5G, is spreading across the country. It promises faster connections and faster Internet as well as easier acces to info. However, with the widespread rollout, comes the potential for issues. For example, 5G might interfere with the instruments in airplanes. Major airlines have already changed some flights to stay clear of the new towers.
As a result, many politicians are worried about the security that 5G technology will bring. In the United States, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has been charged with addressing concerns about the new technology. However, cell phone radiation blocker are calling for the agency to ensure the safety of passengers and aviation by ensuring that 5G is built safely. Representatives Andy Kim, Thomas Suozzi as well as Peter Defazio have written to the FCC requesting more information on the infrastructure needed for 5G.
Environmental activists
An increasing number of people are concerned about the dangers that could be posed by five-G networks for mobile phones. Environmental activists, celebrities and fringe scientists have all raised the issue. In 2015, 190 scientists from 40 countries signed a letter to the UN asking to the World Health Organization to review the current guidelines on 5G-related networks. The European Union echoed those concerns in April 2019 when it halted work in the area.
The protests to stop 5G technologies have been taking place around the world. In Australia there was protesters from the "We Say No to 5G" (2020a) campaign was coordinated by protests around the nation. Others have joined in the cause. The most recent protest was held at Mullumbimby, Australia, in the middle of April. People in the town were motivated to protest because 5G installers set up the new network against the decision that the council of town. Although this was legally legal, town council had no authority to approve of the project.
