Members of German Minecraft build group Skyblock Squad have spent a combined total of 400 hours building Genshin Impact's city of Mondstadt at 1:1 scale. minecraft Actually it's at a bigger 1:1.15 scale, considering that Minecraft has "limited ways to incorporate details into your builds". The project began in August and was then spread over five months.
The build is absolutely gorgeous, and some of the important buildings have full interiors, to boot. Scroll down to view an timelapse video as well as other images from Planet Minecraft. You can also download the map for your own exploration.
It's not the first time we've seen Genshin Impact rebuilt in Minecraft. Back in November, we were impressed to see Albedo's Campsite faithfully recreated . It's still a fantastic design, but perhaps less impressive after we've seen the entirety of Mondstadt recreated in the block-builder.
