Communication is a huge issue. I'd venture to say that it's kind of a minefield that we created .. It begins seconds after our first contact with someone and ends with an impressive explosion...
The most common mistake we make is to think that we are completely aligned in our expectations of each other without trying to figure out what our partner expects from us. There is one thing which we are in total accord with our partner in - he also doesn't miss an opportunity to expand the gap between expectations. .... There's no one on the planet to warn us to the upcoming confrontation.
There are a variety of reasons that lead to communication issues, and the majority of them have to do with our personality. Squared personalities are likely to confuse those who are liberal, while aggressive personalities will find a hard time aligning expectations with passive ones. This is easy to recognize as everyone can tell the difference between liberal and passive from aggressive.
What if they were totally different? Consider the gap in personality. It has never been discovered by anyone or warned about it, studied it...NOT EVEN FREUD! !

Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you to a different type of personality that we all share: The FULL CIRCLE and the HALF CIRCLE personality! !
Note - This is a behavioral guide. After reading the following analysis, try to identify which type of personality most accurately describes you. Additionally, you should find out who your partner is in your life. If you discover that you are of different types - as the Bono song says "we are one however we're not the same" You should be very happy because you might have discovered the cause of some of your differences! If you're in the same category as me, then I'm sorry, but I'm not able to help with understanding why your relationships seem awfully poor.

Here we are...
Two kinds of human beings exist. There are two types of human beings: the 'full circle' type, who is self-contained and is completely comfortable in their own space. Yes, he wants to partner with others and, the truth is, he's always on the lookout for an individual to share his experiences with. Absolutely! All true ... But, he won't be able survive without the right companion. When he has found one, he wishes to continue living his life, shoulder to shoulder with his hopefully complete circle of a partner.

The "half a circle" people on the other side are those who need an accomplice. They'll never let go of the idea once they've found their unhappy companion. They'll work to physically integrate their victim into a happy circle. The Halves will not compromise on their desire to stare at each at each other from a distance of 0 for the rest. They'll never settle for anything less intimate to fulfill their desire to be integrated with the other half and create a whole.
An interesting observation among the kinds is the way they choose to leave their partners. The entire circle is likely to let go of a person with whom they have lost his chemistry quickly. Half-circle people, however, redefine what 'having mutually chemistry with their partner' to mean - 'im still holding onto this B..ST..RD until I am able to safely replace them with an appropriate upgrade'.
Imagine the amazing dance that occurs between the "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he made this move by forcing the Half out of his comfort zone . When the Half believes that the Full made an error of his own and then responded with a step forward the Half becomes angry and makes a second step backward.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are both pissed off. Both understand why, but aren't using the correct language. They can't properly explain their anguish so they look at the wrong things. They could have avoided their own misery by knowing the distinction between Half and Full.

The essay is not able to provide an end-to-end conclusion. However it does contain some action items.
1. Find out who you are as a person.
2. Learn about your partner

3. Be aware that there is a big distinction.
3. Respect that distinction!
One conclusion can be drawn"Live and let live..
