Venture Capital. Thoughts and Much Less. - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha created this blog to explore the world of venture capital. Rami is the co-founder and CEO at Sosa.
Miscommunication is a big issue. It could be a dangerous hazard, which is our responsibility. It's a matter of seconds after making contact and ends with an astonishing explosion...
Rami Beracha
We make the biggest error of thinking we're completely in line with the expectations of our partners. One thing we can agree on is that our friend doesn't miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations ..... We don't require anyone to warn us about the imminent conflict.
There are a variety of possible causes of miscommunication. Most are due to personality differences. Square personalities are more likely to communicate in a misguided manner more than liberal people, while individuals who are aggressive may have trouble aligning their expectations with the expectations of passive people. It is simple to identify as everyone can tell the difference between the liberal, and passive from the aggressive.
However, what do you think if they're very different, but they do not be aware of it. You can imagine that there an in-between between them that exists, but we don't know about it. It has not been found or reported on or investigated by anyone. !
Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to a brand new type of personality that is shared by all of us: the FULL CIRCLE and the HALF CIRCLE personality! !
Rami Beracha
Note: This study provides behavioral guidance. Find out which personality best describes who you are Then, try to determine who your partner is. If you find that you're different kinds that you can be happy. It could be the reason for some of your differences. If however, you are of the same kind and you're not sure why, I'm sorry to say that I'm not able to help you understand why your relationships are nothing but shit...
Here we are...
There are two kinds of human beings human beings. There are those who are "full-circle" type, a self-contained person that feels totally natural to be completely by themselves. He does want to be a part of a group, and sure, he's always seeking someone to share his life with. Absolutely! All true ... However, until he's found his dream partner, he will be able to live without one. When he has found the one he wants, he would like to live the rest of his life, in a relationship with his hopefully complete circle of a partner.
Other people are those who are "half-acircle" types. When they find the miserable animal, they DO NOT LET GO! They'll work to physically integrate their victim in a happy circle. The Halves do not want to compromise their desire to gaze at each one from a distance of 0 for the rest. Only intimate relationships satisfy their need to connect with one another and form one whole.
An interesting distinction between the two types of people is the decision to leave an individual partner. The entire circle is likely to let go of a person who has lost his chemistry quickly. The "half-a-circle" type , however, will redefine what it means to have the same chemistry as their partners. They will say that they are 'holding on to this B..ST..RD' until they can replace him with an version.
Rami Beracha
Imagine the most amazing dance, in which a "half a-circle", and a 'full-circle" are trying to create one another, and not even noticing their distinct geometries. The Half is smiling and makes two steps in the direction of. The Full is a bit frightened by this unwelcome invasion to be slightly scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he stepped out half of his comfortable zone .... and as the Half was sure the Full made an innocent mistake The Half starts to get angry and takes a step backward. They know why, but because they don't have the correct language, they aren't able to adequately explain their confusion and head to the wrong directions. They could have saved their own lives knowing that one is Half and the other is Full.
There isn't a single conclusion to this essay , but there are a few action items:
Rami Beracha
1. Find out who you are as a person.
2. Find out who is your partner
Rami Beracha
3. Realize there is a difference.
3. Respect the difference!
One thing to remember is to live and enjoy life.
