It's a huge problem when people don't understand. I would dare say that it's a dangerous hazard that we have created .. It starts a second after the initial encounter with someone and ends with an incredible explosion...
The biggest error we make is always assuming complete alignment in expectations for both sides. We don't try to get inside our partner's thoughts to find out his expectations. One thing we can agree on is that our partner does not miss the chance to increase the gap in expectations ..... We don't require anyone to warn us of the upcoming conflict.
There are a myriad of factors that can lead to communication issues. People with square personalities are more likely to miscommunicate with people of a liberal mindset, and individuals who are aggressive will have it difficult to reconcile expectations with those of passive people. This is simple to spot as everyone can tell squared from moderate and passive from aggressive.
What if they were very different? It's possible that there exists a personality gap, which we aren't aware of. It has never been discovered and has never been reported or investigated by anyone. !

Humans are divided into two groups. A few of us fall under the "full-circle" category that is a person that can be completely independent and doesn't believe that the need for an accomplice. Sure, he's required to be around someone else, and yes, he's always seeking one. Absolutely! It's true! ... However, he cannot survive without his dream companion until he can find one. When he has found the one he wants, he would like to continue living his life, shoulder to shoulder with his - hopefully full circle - partner.
Half-a-circle people make up the remaining half of humanity. Once they have found the miserable animal and they are determined to keep go of it. They'll try to physically join their victim to create one happy circle. The Halves do not want to compromise their desire to gaze at each other from a distance of 0 for the rest. Their desire to merge with their spouse and make a complete unit can only be satisfied by something less intimate.
Interesting observation between the two types: the decision to let a relationship go. The entire circle will surely be able to let go of a person who is losing their chemistry rapidly. The 'half-a circle' kind of person will redefine the meaning of having an enmity with their partner. They'll say they are 'holding on to this B..ST..RD until they can replace him with an version.
Imagine to yourself the unbelievable dance happening in the moment two people, a "half-a-circle" and an "full-circle" are trying to impress his partner, not being aware of their different geometries. The Half takes two steps forward far beyond the comfort zone of the Full, who find this unexpected invasion to his personal zone a bit too intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he accomplished this by removing the Half of his comfort zone . While the Half believes that the Full has made an innocent mistake and responded with a step forward the Half begins to become irritated and takes another step backwards.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are all pissed off. They know why but for the lack of proper language and the inability to properly describe their plight and turn to the wrong places! It could have saved their lives if they had known the difference between Half and Full.
