Communication is one of the biggest issues. It's a minefield we made. It starts one second after the first contact is made with a person and ends with a massive explosion...
Our biggest mistake is that, with no reason at all, we always presume that there is a complete alignment in the expectations of both parties without even trying to get our partner's brain to determine what his expectations from us. One thing we can agree on is that our counterpart doesn't miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations ..... No one is there to warn us of the imminent confrontation.

There are a variety of reasons for communication issues, but they are generally related to our different personalities. People who are square are more likely to miscommunicate frequently with liberal personalities. Affirmative personalities might find it difficult to align expectations with passive people. But this is easy to recognize - we know squared from liberal, and aggressive from passive.

Two types of people are human. A few of us fall under the "full-circle" category that is a person who is completely self-sufficient and doesn't feel that the need for an accomplice. It is true that he may need an accomplice. Absolutely! It's all true! ... But, until he's found the perfect partner, he will be able to live without one. And, once he has found the one he wants, he would like to live the rest of his life shoulder to shoulder with his hopefully complete circle of a partner.
The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite face of the human race. (No it's not a full-circle , but it was damaged during the birth). Once they have found the miserable creature, they won't let it go. To form an encircling circle, they'll attempt to integrate their victim physically. The Halves will never compromise their love for each other. They will look at each with the same gaze from a distance for the rest. It is impossible for them to feel more intimate than that.
One of the most fascinating observations between different types is how they decide to part ways with their companion. The entire circle would typically be the first to let go of a companion with whom he has lost chemistry very quickly. The half-circle type will however redefine the meaning of having an enmity with their partner. They'll claim that they're holding on to this B..ST..RD until they are able to replace him with a better upgraded version.

Imagine the awe-inspiring dance that takes place when a "half-a-circle" and an "full-circle" attempt to make one each other the other's partner, but not aware of their differing geometries. The Half takes two steps forward and over the comfortable zone of the Full who finds this sudden entry of his personal space bit too intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he took half of his comfortable zone .... and while the Half was convinced that the Full was making an innocent error The Half starts to get frustrated and takes another step backward. They understand why, but due to lack of proper terminology and the inability to properly describe their frustration and go to the wrong direction! They could have saved their own lives by knowing that one half and the other one is Full.
