Our biggest error is when we believe that there is complete alignment in each other's expectations but never bother to understand our partner's expectations. The one thing we do have in common is that our partner doesn't miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations ..... We have not been notified by anyone.
There are many reasons behind confusion. They are usually related to our personal personalities. The square personality is more likely not to communicate with people who are liberal. People who are aggressive will have trouble aligning their expectations and those of passive individuals. But, this isn't difficult to spot as we are all aware of the distinction between squared and liberal, and passive from active.
What if they're completely different? It's possible that there exists a gap in their personalities that we do not know about. It's not something anyone has investigated or warned about, nor traced. !

Let me introduce to you, gentlemen and ladies, a new type if personality that we all share The FULL-CIRCLE personality and people from the half circle! !
Note: A behavioral guideline when reading the following analysis, attempt to determine which personality define you the best, and also look for out who your partner in life is. If you find that you're two different people - as Bono says, "we can be one but not exactly the same" If you do, then you ought to be extremely happy because you may have identified the reason behind the differences between you. There are two types of human beings: humans. Certain people are "full-circle", which is a self-contained person who feels completely at home being all by his own. Yes, he does need a partner. Absolutely! It's all true ... He is still able to survive without his dream partner. Once he's discovered one, he'd like to live his life, in a relationship with his - hopefully full circle - of friends.
Half-a-circle people make up the other half of humanity. They won't let go of their miserable animal when they discover it. They'll move to physically integrate with their victim to create one joyful circle... and do not allow them to experience the dreadful reality of living shoulder to shoulder! The Halves aren't content with any less than gazing at one another from zero distance. Only intimacy can fill their need for connection with each other and make an entire.
A fascinating observation about the two types: the decision to let a relationship go. The whole circle tends to be quick to let go of a partner they have lost chemistry. The 'half-a circle' kind of person will redefine what it means to have an enmity with their partner. They'll say they're 'holding onto this B..ST..RD until they are able to replace him with a more effective upgrade.
Imagine a dance where a half-a-circle and a full circle try to please their partner. But, the half is able to make two steps to the left of the comfortable zone. The unexpected intrusion into his personal space is slightly intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. But the problem is that he did the Half move out of his familiar area ...... The Half realizes that the Full was making an innocent error, so the Half takes a second step backwards.. But the Half quickly gets angry and takes an even bigger and more aggressive step.. The Half and the Full understand why, but aren't using the correct language. They can't properly explain their feelings, so they search at the wrong things. If they only knew that one of them is a Half and the other is Full it could have saved them ...
There is no single conclusion to this essay but there are a few action items:
