Rami Beracha's suggestions to students studying at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya is based on his own life experience. Rami started his legal studies at the age of teenager. He wasn't sure he wanted to study law, but he continued his studies and earned a Master's degree in New York. After that, he worked in an international law firm. He realized that his love was more for business than law through his time working in the Wall Street law office. He left his job and moved to France to study for an MBA.

After completing her studies in 1996, Beracha was employed by the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. Pitango is Israel's largest venture capital investment company. Pitango is focused on startups in the early stages developing key areas of high-tech. It has made more than 200 investments and 85 exits as of. Rami was named the managing partner in the year 2000. In the following 18 years, the company negotiated many deals that led to successful exits from the Fortune 500 giants Broadcom, Marvel Cisco, Cisco, Apple, and Cisco.
It didn't end there. In 2011, Globes presented Beracha the "Esteemed Partner" award, acknowledging him as an influential investor he was becoming. Rami initiated a new project known as Sosa in the year 2014. Sosa operates innovation centers in New York and Tel Aviv which support cutting-edge high-tech companies by partnering with international entrepreneurs who want to cooperate with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was selected recently to head the New York City cyber center.

Alongside this European fund, Beracha has plans for another Middle Eastern venture capital fund. Beracha believes now is a great time to invest in the Arab market. Dubai is a great location to begin, since it is rich and modern. The idea for his newest fund, or Ender Ventures, as he intends to name it, is to bring Israeli ad European Investors to support UAE high-tech companies in the areas of artificial intelligence, virtual reality robotics, robotics, and many more. The United Arab Emirates' business outlook is unmatched. Because of its business taxes and favorable legislation, many companies will be attracted to it in the coming years.

Today, Rami Beracha seems to be a success in almost everything he's done. But his journey was not always simple. Beracha was a soldier as a young man, much like the majority of Israelis. He was later a Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and participated in the Lebanon War. Rami was part of a group that helped wounded soldiers in minefields. It was 1983. Unfortunately, Rami stepped on a hidden mine and was unable to walk and also lost his hand in the accident.
The hospitalization he had to endure was among his most challenging experiences. He was unable to move and fell into despair and depression. His dreams of becoming an officer in the army were not realized and he lost all sense of himself. Rami was able to dream and live despite his suffering. He set out to become better and stronger than before the injuries. Rami decided to explore different extreme sports. He is a fan of kitesurfing and snowboarding. He has also trekked up Mount Kilimanjaro. He is often awed by his uncontrollable past pushing him to the limit and racing him.
Rami makes donations to and is a volunteer in numerous organisations and is passionate about helping young soldiers, just like him, get injured in combat. In 2016 Rami took a group of men who suffered injuries during their military service in a trip to Nepal. He was promoted to the rank major within the Israeli paratrooper/fire brigades army by the year. He was able to fulfill his childhood dreams despite all the obstacles. His story and passion are a true inspiration to others. Rami was determined not to let his injuries slow him from achieving his goals. He kept learning and trying out new techniques until finally he was stronger than ever before.
