Ford F150 Grille Replacement Recommendations<br>
Procedure: Changing the stock 'honeycomb' grille with a Harley Davidson 'chrome' grille.

Eliminating the grille surround item.



1. Eliminate the jack bar above the radiator

2. 2014 ford explorer front grill Remove the screws (They are plastic so I would certainly utilize a hand screwdriver and also not power) from the plastic radiator cover



Several of my screws would not loosen, so I applied higher stress with a flathead screwdriver and it serviced the majority of them. I damaged one off just because I could not get it out. When I placed the screws back in, I simply made use of hand pressure as well as I really did not have to make use of a screwdriver. I might need to change these with metal screws!

3. Get rid of the corner car parking lights. They are hung on by one celebrity screw from inside the hood. A little level head could be utilized if you do not have the right tools.

1. I initially included some lube to the plastic clips that hold the grille on. I then used a flat head screwdriver to tear the clips open. Be careful considering that the clips can break if you tear as well hard

2. Once it's remove you need to get rid of the FORD oval and also put in on the brand-new grille (Note: Mine included an oval, so I skipped this step).



3. I then included even more lube to the brand-new grille piece so it's very easy to set up back on the grille border.



4. Double check to ensure all clips are snug before placing the grille surround back on the truck. Don't what to take it off once more.



Put back all components backwards order.



This was a bit much more engaged than I thought it would certainly be, however the results deserve it. I'm not looking foward to doing it again when I mount my haze lights behind that grille!
