Choose a dream that you're enthusiastic about. Take your time. You must ensure it is the right venture for your needs. This is one of the key steps to success in any venture. You need to be convinced of the chance of it succeeding and be passionate about the idea. The most important factor is your belief in the concept. When you've begun your journey, don't be afraid to make adjustments as you go. Better to change and fix things early than after investing more time and money.

Rami Beracha's advice to students studying at Herzliya's Interdisciplinary Center is based upon his personal life experience. Rami was a young man who chose to pursue a degree in Law. He was unsure which was the best path but he continued his legal education and earned a Master's Degree in New York, then worked for an international law firm. In the course of his work in the Wall Street law firm, it became apparent that he was interested in business more than law. He resigned from his job and moved to France to complete an MBA.
After completing her studies in the year 1996, Beracha was employed by the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. Pitango is Israel's most significant venture capital company. Pitango is focused on companies that are in their initial stages developing key areas of high-tech. It has made more than 200 investments and 85 exits to date. Rami was appointed managing partner in 2000. In the subsequent 18 years, Pitango negotiated several deals that resulted in successful exits at the Fortune 500 giants Broadcom, Marvel Cisco, Cisco, Apple, and Cisco.
It didn't end there. Globes honored Beracha with the title of "Esteemed Partner", recognizing him for his work as a major investor. Rami created Sosa in 2014, a brand-new initiative. Sosa has innovation centers in New York and Tel Aviv which support cutting-edge high-tech companies by partnering with global entrepreneurs looking to collaborate with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was recently appointed to build and manage the Cyber Center in New York City.

While the last couple of years have proved tough economically since the coronavirus's inception however, he believes there are plenty of opportunities. Beracha has a number of new projects in the pipeline. Beracha along with some business partners, have recently set up an London Blockchain Venture Capital Investment Fund. Beracha is well-equipped and ready to assist in expanding the market following his role to transform Israel into a world-class high-tech center. Beracha's vision for business is revealed in the fund. It states "We are experts in technology, but we invest only in people who are driven by a mission." They are looking for passionate firms to help blockchain achieve its right spot at the forefront of new innovative ideas that can accelerate the pace of change in the world.

Beracha plans to also establish an Middle Eastern venture capital fund. Beracha believes now is the best moment to invest in Arab markets, especially after the recent announcement of the Abraham Accords between Israel and the United Arab Emirates. Dubai is a great place to start, as it is rich and modern. The idea behind his newest fund or Ender Ventures, as he plans to call it, is to bring Israeli ad European Investors to support UAE high-tech businesses in the field of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, robotics, and more. The United Arab Emirates is unique in its business outlook. Because of its corporate taxes and favorable laws, many companies are likely to be drawn to it in the coming years.

Rami Beracha's Challenge Past
Although today it seems that Rami Beracha succeeds in everything that he has chosen to pursue, his journey was not always easy. Like most Israelis, Beracha joined the army at the age of a young. He was an Paratrooper's Brigade combat soldier and fought in the Lebanon War. Rami joined a rescue party which was tasked with helping wounded soldiers in a wild minefield in 1983, shortly after the war. Rami was swept into a buried mine, and he lost both his foot and hand.
His rehabilitation period in the hospital was among the most challenging times of his life. He was unable to move, and was overwhelmed with depression and despair. He wasn't sure the person he used to be, and all his hopes of progressing his career in the army were gone. Rami was able to overcome his pain and find the determination to continue living and pursue new dreams. Rami made a decision to live a life that was better and more enjoyable than it was prior to his injuries. Rami played with a variety of extreme sports. He now enjoys kitesurfing, snowboarding and has even hiked up Mount Kilimanjaro. He's always striving to get better at his sport and believes that his previous uninjured self is driving him along.
Rami is an avid volunteer and a generous donor to numerous charities. He also enjoys helping soldiers in need who have been wounded in combat. Rami took charge of a team of soldiers who sustained injuries while serving in the military in Nepal in the year 2016. In 2018 he received the rank of major in the paratrooper and fire brigades in the Israeli military. His childhood dreams had come true, despite all the difficulties. His story and his passion are a source of inspiration to many. Rami did not allow the injuries to deter his progress. He continued to learn and trying new things until he was stronger than ever.
