Rami Beracha's tips are based in his own personal experiences. Rami was a teenager who decided to study Law. He was uncertain if he chose the right path but he continued his education in law, obtaining the Master's degree in New York, then worked at an international law firm. He came to realize that he had a love more for business than law when he was working at the Wall Street law firm. He quit his job in order in order to go to France to pursue an MBA.

After graduating in 1996 Beracha started working for the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. It is the biggest Israeli venture capital investment fund. Pitango is focused on early-stage companies creating core areas in high-tech, has received over 200 investments from its investors and has exited more than 85 companies so far. Rami became the managing partner in the year 2000, and over the next 18 years lead numerous deals that resulted in with successful exits for large corporations in the Fortune 500 like Broadcom, Marvel, Cisco and Apple.
He didn't stop there. In 2011, the Globes presented Beracha the "Esteemed Partner" award, recognizing him as the influential investor that he has become. In 2014 Rami created a new venture known as Sosa. Sosa hosts innovative centers located in New York (and Tel Aviv) where they collaborate with global entrepreneurs and assist the most innovative companies in high tech. Sosa was recently selected to lead the New York City cyber center.

The United Arab Emirates is unique in its approach to business. Although today it seems that Rami Beracha succeeds in everything that he has chosen to pursue, his path was not always easy. Beracha was just a teenager when he joined the army. He was an Paratrooper's Brigade combat soldier and fought during the Lebanon War. Rami was a part of a rescue group which assisted wounded soldiers in minefields. It was 1983. However, Rami stepped on a hidden mine and was unable to walk and also lost his hand in the incident.

The hospitalization he had to endure was among his most challenging experiences. He was unable to move, and was overwhelmed with depression and despair. He was unsure of who he was anymore and all his hopes of making progress in his army career were gone. Rami recovered from his suffering and was able to live his life, even if it meant giving his hopes. Rami made a decision to make his life better and more enjoyable than it was prior to the injuries. Rami tried out different extreme sports. Today, he enjoys snowboarding and kitesurfing, as well as climbing up Mount Kilimanjaro. He's always looking to improve his abilities and feels like his old unwounded self is driving him forward.
