The most common mistake we make is to assume that we're in complete alignment in our expectations for each other without trying to guess what our counterparts expect from us. We're almost always completely in sync with our partner , with the exception of one thing that he does not take advantage of the opportunity to widen this expectation gap . We don't require anyone to alert us of the imminent conflict.
There are numerous causes that can cause communication issues. Squared personalities are more likely than those with liberal personalities to miscommunicate, and individuals who are aggressive may have difficulty getting their expectations in line with passive. This is simple to spot - everyone knows the difference between moderate and passive from aggressive.

Two categories of human beings can be classified as being human. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category that is a person that can be completely independent and doesn't believe that the need for a partner. It is true that he may need the support of a partner. Absolutely! This is absolutely true. ... But, he won't be able to survive without the right companion. He wants to share his life with his love and is determined to be able to complete his circle.
Other people are those who are "half-acircle" kind of people. And once they have found the terrible creature, they do not let them go! They'll try to live with their victim as if were one of them and not give up on the idea of living in harmony. The Halves will not give up anything less than staring at each other from a zero distance for the rest of their lives. Nothing less intimate will give them the desire to connect with the other half and create a whole.
One interesting difference between the two is the decision to let go of a partner. The entire circle will surely get rid of a partner who has lost their chemistry rapidly. On the other hand the 'half-acircle' types will redefine the concept of chemistry between partners to mean "I hold onto this B..ST..RD., until I can replace him with an upgrade."

Imagine the incredible dance that occurs when a "half" and "full" circle try to force each other to become their partner. They are not aware of their differences. The Half makes two leaps forward, far beyond the comfort space of the Full, who thinks the sudden intrusion into his personal space a little too scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfort zone . While the Half assumes that the Full made a wrong move, and he kindly compensated by making another step ahead, the Half is more worried and starts to feel angry. They know why but for lack of proper terminology they are unable to adequately explain their agony and they turn to the wrong direction! They could have saved their lives if they had known the difference between the Half and Full.
