The biggest error we make is always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations on both sides. We don't try to pick out our partner's mind to find out what his expectations are. The one thing we do agree on is that our friend doesn't miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations ..... There is no one to tell us about the coming conflict.
There are many possible sources of miscommunications. The majority of them are caused by the differences in our personalities. People who are square are more likely to be miscommunicative with liberals. Aggressive personalities may find it difficult to align expectations with passive personalities. However, this is not difficult to identify - we all know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.

There are two types of human beings that are called humans. There are those who are 'full-circle' types who are self-contained and is completely comfortable completely by themselves. Yes, he needs an accomplice, yes, that he would like to have a partner and yes he is in constant search for an ideal partner. Absolutely! 100% true! ... However, he will have to live without a dream partner until he finds one. If he can find the right person, he will be able to enjoy the rest of his life with his complete circle partner.
The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite aspect of humankind. (No this isn't a the full-circle type that was damaged in delivery). They are not going to let go of the savage creature when they discover it. They'll attempt to live with their victim as if were one of them, and refuse to give up the idea of living together. They'll not be compromising on being in a position to gaze at one other for the rest their lives. Only intimacy will fulfill their desire to be connected to one another and create one whole.

A notable differentiator between these two types is the choice to let go of a partner. The whole circle tends to be quick to let go of a partner they have lost chemistry. However, half-circles will alter the definition of chemistry between two people to mean - "I hold onto this B..ST..RD. until I can replace him with a better version."
Imagine the incredible dance that occurs when a "half" and "full" circle attempt to be their partners. They're not aware of their different perspectives. The Half makes two leaps forward, far from the comfort zone of his Full who finds the sudden intrusion into his personal space a little too terrifying. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he made this move by removing the Half of his comfortable zone . When the Half thinks that the Full has made an innocent mistake and took another step forward, the Half becomes irritated and takes another step in the opposite direction.. The Half.. Half.. and the Half are both pissed off. They cannot describe their feelings and have no idea why. If only they knew that one is half and the other one is Full, it could have saved them ...
