A port number of 2565 is your external IP Address. On the right, you can see an example of the address.



Your IPv6 address should be included in the following [] characters: [2001:0db8:0a0b:12f0:0000:0000:0000:0001]:25565



After you're done click the Done Button. Minecraft is now trying to communicate. Once you have connected, choose the server and click on the Join Server button.



Inviting Players To Join



* Anyone who knows the external IP address may join your Minecraft server. You must have faith in the people who ask to play with your Minecraft server. Only those you know should be invited. Before inviting anyone new, make sure you check with your parents.



12.Server.properties



Server.properties, located in the Server Folder, is another place you can make modifications to the game.



You can modify the lines in any text editors to change the attributes of the Minecraft environment.
