I composed in a prior post: "don't panic", but I had a panic assault last fall... this came creeping up on me : I thought I was stung by the wasp... I sensed a sting, plus I saw a wasp and I connected the two within my mind down the road. I had been weak for hours after that, but We didn't want to take an ambulance.. so dramatic! We were in chock, but I must have known someplace within my voiceless self that this particular was only the worry inside of myself screaming to obtain out... to be taken care of and released.
My partner and i went to the doctor's office. It was not a sting following all... it was a panic attack.
