Venture Capital and Thoughts, Much Less - Ramiberacha

Rami Beracha's blog on the venture capital industry. Rami is the co-founder and CEO of Sosa.
The issue of miscommunication is very significant. It's almost like a minefield. It starts just seconds after our first encounter with someone, and concludes with an amazing explosion...
We make the biggest error of believing that we are in complete alignment with the expectations of our partners. There's one aspect, however, that we are in complete accord with our partner in - he also doesn't miss the chance to increase the gap between expectations. .... We don't require anyone to warn us about the coming conflict.
There are many causes of communication issues. They're usually due to our personal personalities. People with square personalities are more likely to not to communicate well with liberal people. People who are aggressive may struggle to align their expectations with passive individuals. But this is easy to recognize - we know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.

However, they might not realize that they're different. Consider the gap in personality. No one has ever detected it and warned others about it, or investigated it...NOT REFUSE! !
Let me introduce you, ladies and gentlemen, a new type if personality that we share: the FULL-CIRCLE personality versus people who belong to the HALF circle! !
רמי ברכה
Note : This is a the guidance for your behavior. After you have read the analysis, try to determine which type of you are the most like in your character. Also look for the person who your partner in real life. If you discover that you're of two distinct kinds, as Bono says "we're one but we're not the same" If you do, then you ought to be happy. It is possible that you have discovered the cause of some of the differences in your life! If, on the other hand you're similar to one another, then I'm sorry but I'm not able to help you understand the reason why your relationships appear to be the same thing...
We are now...
Rami Beracha
Two categories of human beings can be classified as being human. There are two kinds of human beings: the 'full circle' kind, who is completely self-contained and completely comfortable being by themselves. He needs a partner. Absolutely! It's all true! ... But, he'll be able to survive without a dream partner until he gets it. If he can find the right person, he will be able to enjoy his life with his full circle partner.
The other group is the "half-acircle" types. They'll never let go of the idea once they have found their miserable lover. They will move to almost physically integrate with the victim in order to form a happy circle... and don't give them this bullshit of living shoulder-to-shoulder! They won't compromise on being able to stare at each with each other for the rest of their lives. Only intimacy will fill their need for connection to one another and create one whole.
One interesting distinction between these types is the decision to let go a partner. The whole circle tends to release the partner with whom they've lost chemistry with. The 'half-a circle' type will however redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their partners. They'll claim that they are 'holding on to this B..ST..RD until they are able to replace him with a more effective upgraded version.
Rami Beracha
Imagine the incredible dance between a "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he has stepped out of his comfortable zone .... and as the Half was certain that the Full made an error that was innocent, the Half begins getting angry and takes a step backward. They don't know why however, they don't have the proper terminology and can't describe it. Therefore, they head to the wrong places. If they only knew that one half is half and the other is Full it could have saved them ...
Rami Beracha
Although there isn't a single conclusion, there are a variety of options to take.

1. Find out more about who are.

2. Find out who your partner is

3. Recognize that there's a significant difference.

3. Respect the different!
Let's be honest and say that there is only one conclusion Live and let be.
