It's a huge problem when people misunderstand. I would dare say that it's kind of a minefield that we created .. It begins just a second after making the first contact with a person and comes to an end with a stunning explosion...
We make the most common mistake of thinking we're fully aligned with our partners' expectations. One thing we do have in common is that our friend does not miss the chance to increase the gap in expectations ..... There is no one to warn us about the imminent confrontation.
There are a variety of reasons for confusion. They are usually related to our personal personas. People with square personalities are more likely to communicate in a misguided manner than liberal individuals, and individuals who are aggressive may have trouble in coordinating their expectations with the expectations of passive people. This is easy to recognize as everyone can tell the difference between liberal and passive from aggressive.

Humans can be divided into two distinct groups. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category, which is an individual who is completely self-sufficient and doesn't believe that needing to have a partner. Yes, he needs an accomplice, yes, there is a need for a partner and yes, he's on a perpetual search of an ideal partner. Absolutely! All true ... However, he'll never be able survive without the right partner. When he finds the right one then he'll be able to continue his life with his full circle of friends.

The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite side of humanity. (No it's not a the full-circle type that was damaged in the delivery). They'll never let go of the idea once they've found their miserable companion. To create an encircling circle, they'll try to make their victim feel more physically. The Halves will not accept anything less than staring at one another from zero distance for the rest. Anything less intimate will fulfill their desire to be integrated with the other half and create one whole.
An interesting observation among the types is how they decide to leave their partner. The whole circle is likely to get rid of a partner who has lost their chemistry quickly. On the other hand, half-circle types alter the definition of chemistry between couples to mean - "I am holding onto this B..ST..RD., until I am able to replace him with a better version."

Imagine to yourself the unbelievable dance taking place in the moment two people, a "half-a-circle" and the "full-circle" are trying to impress his partner, not being aware of their differing geometries: the Half joyfully takes two steps forward and over the comfortable zone of the Full who find this unexpected invasion into his own personal space a bit too intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The only issue is that he took the Half out of his comfortable zone. When .... The Half is convinced that the Full has made an innocent mistake. When he take a step to make up for it with a step forward. The Full becomes angry and take a further, more significant step in the opposite direction.. the Half begins to realize that there is nothing innocent about what is going on this time and his next move is not at all gentle.. the Full.. The Half.. The Full and the half are irritated with one another. Both are aware of the reason, but they lack proper language. They're unable to adequately explain their feelings, so they search for the wrong thing. If they only knew that one of them is a Half and the other is Full it could have saved them ...
While there is no one conclusion, there are several actions that can be taken.
1. Find out who you are.
2. Discover who is your real partner is
