The biggest error we make is that, without reason whatsoever, we nearly always assume complete alignment in both sides' expectations without trying to pick our partner's mind to figure out what his expectations of us. There's one thing which we are in total alignment with our partner on - he also doesn't miss the chance to increase this expectation gap .... There's nobody to warn us about the imminent conflict.
There are many reasons behind miscommunications. They're usually due to our individual personas. Square personalities are more likely be miscommunicative with liberals. Aggressive personalities may find it difficult to align expectations with passive individuals. This isn't difficult to spot - we all know the difference between liberal and squared and active from passive.
However, what do you think if they're very different, only they cannot be aware of that. Consider the gap in personality. This isn't something any person has ever investigated or even identified. !

Humans are divided into two groups. Some of us fall into the "full-circle" category that is a person who is totally independent and doesn't feel that needing to have a partner. Sure, he's required to be with someone, and yes, he's always seeking one. Absolutely! This is absolutely true. ... But, he'll be able to survive without a dream partner until he gets it. When he finds the person of his dreams He wants to share his life with his - hopefully complete circle of friends.
Half-circle people constitute the remaining half of humanity. And once they have found the terrible creature, they do not let them go! To form a joyful circle, they will nearly join with the victims... But do not let them go through the thing of living side by side! They will not compromise their desire to be able to stare at each other for the rest their lives. It is impossible for them to feel more intimate than that.
An interesting observation between the two types of people is the decision to leave an individual partner. The entire circle will surely let go of a partner who has lost their connection quickly. The half-circle type will however redefine the meaning of having the same chemistry as their partners. They'll say they're holding on to this B..ST..RD' until they can replace him with an upgrade.

Imagine a dance in which a half-a-circle and a full circle are trying to make their partner happy. But, the half is able to move two steps ahead of the safety zone. This unexpected invasion into his personal space is slightly intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he took half of his comfort zone .... and while the Half was sure the Full had made an innocent error, the Half begins getting frustrated and takes another step backward. Both are aware of the reason, but they lack proper language. They can't properly explain their feelings, so they search for the wrong things. They could have escaped by knowing the difference between Half and Full.
