Rami Beracha's advice is based in his own personal experiences. Rami was a teenager who, decided to pursue law school. While working in the Wall Street firm, he realized that he was interested about business, more so than law. He quit his job and then he relocated to France to pursue an MBA.
Soon after her graduation in 1996, Beracha joined the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. This is Israel's largest venture capital firm. Pitango is a partner for companies in the early stages of their development, focusing on core sectors within the high-tech. Pitango has invested over 200 times and made 85 exits. Rami became managing partner of Pitango in the year 2000. He was instrumental in negotiating numerous deals that led to success in the exits of fortune 500 companies like Broadcom and Marvel, Cisco, and Apple in the following 18 years.

It didn't end there. In 2011, the Globes presented Beracha the "Esteemed Partner" award, acknowledging him as an influential investor he was becoming. In 2014 Rami established a new company named Sosa. Sosa operates innovation centers located in New York City and Tel Aviv which provide assistance to high-tech companies searching for partners with international entrepreneurs who are interested in working with promising Israeli startups. Sosa has been selected recently to lead the New York City cyber center.

This fund will aid in the development of UAE high-tech enterprises in the fields of artificial intelligence and virtual reality. The United Arab Emirates has a unique perspective on business. Due to the low tax rate for business and the business-friendly legislation, it will likely attract numerous companies to its borders in the coming years.

While Rami Beracha is a successful man in the present, his journey was not always easy. Beracha became an untrained young man, like most Israelis. He was a member of the Paratrooper's Brigade as a combat soldier, and also fought in the Lebanon War. Rami was a part of a rescue group which assisted wounded soldiers in a minefield. It was 1983. Rami was unfortunate enough to step on mines, and fell, and lost his foot as well as his hand.
He went through one of the most difficult periods of his life, and his hospitalization was the culmination of that. He was in a state of disarray and unable to move and eventually was stricken with depression and despair. He was unsure of what he really was and all his dreams of making progress in his army career seemed dead. In the midst of his struggles, Rami was able to find the passion to keep living and create new dreams. He resolved to be more powerful and stronger than he was prior the injuries. Rami decided to take on extreme sports. He now enjoys kitesurfing and snowboarding, and has been on the mountain of Mount Kilimanjaro. As he continues to better himself, he often feels like his past unwounded self is forcing him to go further.

Rami is a volunteer and gives to numerous organizations. Rami is committed to helping young wounded soldiers. In the year 2016 Rami led the group of men who suffered injuries during their army service during a visit to Nepal. He was promoted to the rank major within the Israeli paratrooper/fire brigades army in the year. He was able to realize his childhood goals despite the challenges. His life and story can be a source of inspiration for others. Rami was determined not to let his injuries hold him from achieving his goals. He continued learning and trying new things until he finally became stronger than ever.
