1. I received and validated 1 after cleaning report from Brenda today. All unit looks cleaned and ready for check-in
2. I verified Ashley's 3 cleaning report from yesterday.
3. Ashley reported damage door knob in 1041 Patterson

Guest reported issues;
Guest: Mike
Reservation date: August 16-19th
Issue: 1. Cobwebs on the bedroom
2. Coffee left on the coffee maker ( from previous guests)
3. Broken blinds
4. Dirty forks on the sink
5. Stains on the couch and on the wall
Notes: Offered to send cleaners, but the guest declined.

Issue: 1. No paper towels
2. No hand towels
3. Missing coffee pot/ coffee maker
4. Lacking coffee cups
Notes: 1. Guest left on their second day and requested refund for 2 unspent nights.
2. Guest received a refund for two unused nights via the Resolution Center. In this sort of way, we can stop the guest from contacting
Airbnb support or in the event the guest complaints to Airbnb, it won't be canceled on our end.
