Mempelajari Wushu berarti kita juga belajar mengolah pernafasan, memahami anatomi tubuh kita, dan juga mempelajari ramuan atau obat-obatan untuk memperkuat tubuh maupun untuk pengobatan. sedangkan bela diri lainnya biasanya hanya sebatas untuk melawan orang.

4. harus mempunyai daya tahan yang kuat, sehingga agak sulit untuk orang yang daya tahannya lemah.
5. tentu saja wushu. dengan jurus senjata panjang dan dengan toya, saya akan membabat, memotong, dan memutar-mutar tubuh strigoi seperti baling-baling.
