After her graduation in the year 1996, Beracha joined the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. It is Israel's largest venture capital investment firm. Pitango is an investment fund that invests in startups in the early stages, and in the high-tech core industries. It has more than 200 investment and 85 exits. Rami became managing Partner in the year 2000. Over the 18-year period, Rami managed dozens deals that resulted in exits to companies in the Fortune 500 such as Broadcom (Marvel), Cisco, Cisco, and Apple.

Rami was unfortunate enough to step on mines and fellto the ground, loosing his foot as well as his hand.

The time he spent in the hospital rehabilitation was one the most challenging of his life. He couldn't walk and became depressed and depressed. The dreams of becoming an officer in the Army seemed unrealized and he lost all sense of self. Rami was able to overcome his pain and find the drive to keep living and chase new goals. He set out to become stronger and better than before the injuries. Rami was determined to test different extreme sports. He loves kitesurfing, snowboarding and kitesurfing.
