1. Keuntungan dari belajar seni bela diri Wushu adalah selain berguna untuk melindungi diri sendiri, juga dapat menyehatkan badan, juga sebagai sarana latihan mental, juga bisa untuk mengendalikan pikiran, karena wushu tidak hanya terbatas pada hal hal fisik dan kekerasan saja. Di wushu kita juga belajar bagaimana cara mengolah pernapasan kita, memahami anatomi tubuh kita, dan mempelajari ramuan obat obatan.
2. Di Wushu terdapat 5 elemen antara lain, air, api, kayu, bumi, dan logam, yang dimana semuanya saling berhubungan erat. Mengapa? Karena air mendinginkan api; api menempah logam; logam memotong kayu; kayu tumbuh dari bumi; dan bumi mengontrol air. Seperti sebuah siklus kehidupan.
3. Seperti yg sudah tertera di atas, 5 elemen wushu, yaitu air, api, kayu, bumi, dan logam.
4. Menurut saya kelebihan belajar Wushu itu banyak sekali. Kurang lebih spt keuntungan yg telah saya sebutkan di atas, melindungi diri sendiri, sarana latihan mental, menyehatkan badan. Selain itu, Wushu juga menarik untuk dijadikan tontonan masyarakat, karena jurus jurusnya yg sangat menarik dan apik.
5. Chang Quan (Jurus utara), Nan Quan (Jurus Selatan), Dao Shu (Jurus2 Golok), Jian Shu (Jurus2 Pedang), Gun Shu (Jurus2 Toya), Jiang Shu (Jurus2 Tombak), Tai Chi Chuan, Tan Tui (Jurus2 yang digunakan Huo Yian Jia)
