Bayrock Group: From the Suburbs and Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate development firm, began working swiftly in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after its founding.

Bayrock Group Moves: From Suburbs, to Manhattan
Many dream of moving to America and living the American dream. However, very few people actually do. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik ARIF was among the few who made it when Tevfik moved to America in 2001. He established the Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group operates in New York City as a luxury real property development company.

The company's initial focus essentially centered around small to medium-sized projects like the revamp of the Loehmann's Seaport Plaza - a shopping center located in the Sheepshead neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.

Bayrock Group was able to make inroads into the American housing market. It began to seek large-scale developments.

Tevfik Arif and his crew sat down with the Trump Organization after the move. It also had the Trump Tower in its base.

Conversations took place between Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Trump Organization as both companies realized they shared interests and dreams.

The two companies came together to form a partnership where the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group in its partnership in partnership with the Sapir Organization at Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was at that point managed by an American former president Donald Trump.

In 1927 his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and his father Fred Trump established the organization as E. Trump and Son.

Donald Trump transferred the management to his children in the year 2017 as he was about entering the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, The Trump Organization as well as the Sapir Organization were still relatively new to the New York City real estate scene at the time of the partnership.

Tevfik Ariff, the founder of Spring Street, created an arrangement to increase brand recognition and increase prestige.

According to him, Trump Organization would obtain 18% equity for the property in exchange for having the Trump logo in the title.

All three companies signed on to the agreement, and in 2006, the very first brick of what would turn into Trump SoHo was laid.

Two years after, Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization inaugurated their contribution to the city's skyline, Trump SoHo.

Design experts are in charge of Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo boasted 46 stories of exclusive bars, restaurants events and banquet halls, an open air pool, a spa section, apartments, and hotel room rooms.

Bayrock Visitors and residents of Trump SoHo could enjoy an unprecedented views of New York City through the windows that extend from floor to roof, which were installed on every floor.

Handel Architects was entrusted as the exterior designer of Trump SoHo, since the three main organizations behind the building were focused primarily on perfectionism.

Trump SoHo's interiors were designed by Rockwell Group. Over the decades, Rockwell Group has overseen the design of many extravagant hotels, cafes bars, and theaters across the globe.

Their work includes the Tower Hotel and Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, India and the 93rd Academy Award show.

Bayrock Group expands the partnership
Trump SoHo was a success immediately and Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization decided to increase their collaboration.

Their vision was to build buildings like Trump SoHo in Arizona and Florida in the same manner like the ones of Trump SoHo. In return, Trump Organization would get 18% equity. The Trump brand is back.

Bayrock Group was prepared, like the Trump Organization. But the 2008 financial crisis that devastated America's real estate market ended their plans.

The American housing market experienced major changes as a result of the financial crisis. Tevfik Aif, the founder of Bayrock Group, decided to leave his American ventures. He decided to leave the United States for a fresh start in Europe and Asia.

Bayrock Group's Tevfik arif has retired from active participation but he is an expert advisor to various divisions.

Bayrock Group was not involved in any recent real estate developments in the United States.

Although it was not active, the firm invested over $2.5million in real estate properties.
