In the year 2006, the first brick for SoHo was erected.

Because of the success of Trump SoHo, Bayrock Group was able work with the Trump Organization on other luxury real estate projects.

They wanted to construct buildings similar to Trump SoHo in Arizona or Florida with Trump as the Trump name.

The 2008 financial crisis was a major effect on American real property. So, there were no developments were constructed in Arizona or Florida.

Tevfik arif, Bayrock Group founder pursued other projects across Europe and Central Asia following the U.S. marketplace's shift.

More than $2.5 million was put into real estate investments by Bayrock Group while it was operating in the United States.

In the past few years, Bayrock Group has not been involved in any development of real estate projects in the United States.

Tevfik is retired from Bayrock Group's day-to-day work. But, he is still an admired and trusted advisor to the
