What Are The Downsides Of Ocean Freight?

Shipments from China to the US take 30-40 days and cost around $2-$4 / kg.
Shipping between 150 kg and 500 kg between China and the US can be economically handled through air freight at about $5-8 per kg and taking 8-10 days.
Compared with regular air freight, express air freight is a few days faster, but more expensive.
Express freight can be economically used for packages lighter than 150 kg.
