४. विगत केही वर्षदेखि नेपालको व्यापार घाटा तीव्ररूपले बढ्दै गई शोधनान्तर घाटामा उल्लेख्य वृद्धि भएको छ भने विदेशी मुद्राको संचितिमा समेत ठूलो गिरावट आएको छ । नेपालको बढ्दो व्यापार घाटालाई नियन्त्रण गर्न समयसमयमा सरकारी संयन्त्रले चालेका कदमहरू पनि अपेक्षितरूपमा सफल हुन सकिरहेका छैनन् व्यापार घाटा नियन्त्रण गर्ने सरकारी प्रयासहरू प्रभावकारी नहुनुका कारणहरू पहिचान गर्दै व्यापार घाटा नियन्त्रणका लागि नेपालले अवलम्बन गर्नुपर्ने अल्पकालीन, मध्यमकालीन र दीर्घकालीन उपायहरूबारे आफ्नो धारणा लेख्नुहोस् २०.

(Since last years, Nepal's trade deficit has increased sharply leading to significant rise in BOP deficit and large decline in foreign exchange reserves. Steps taken now and then by the government agencies in order to check the burgeoning trade deficit have also not been successful as expected. Identify the reasons for the ineffective attempts of government to curb the trade deficit and share your views regarding the short-term, medium-term and long-term measures that Nepal should adopt in order to control the trade deficit.)

तरलताको अभावले आर्थिक क्रियाकलापमा संकुचन आउँछ र समग्र अर्थतन्त्र नै शिथिल र सुस्त बन्न पुग्छ तरलताको अभाव हुनुका प्रमुख कारणहरू र समस्याहरू पहिचान गरी आउँदा दिनहरूमा तरलताको अभावसम्बन्धी समस्याको स्थायी समाधानको लागि अवलम्बन गर्नुपर्ने रणनीतिहरू र कार्यनीतिहरूबारे सुझाव दिनुहोस् २० (Lack of liquidity has frequently appeared in banking system of Nepal. Economic activities get shrunk and whole economy gets stagnated due to the lack of liquidity in the banking system. In this context, identify major reasons and problems of the lack of liquidity and recommend strategies and working policies to be adopted for the permanent solution of the lack of liquidity in the days to come.)
