+Manners (tatakrama) bisa diartikan sebagai gaya. Berasal dari dua kata yaitu ‘tata’ yang artinya adat, dan ‘krama’ yang artinya sopan santun atau aturan tindakan. Sehingga secara istilah dapat diartikan sebagai norma kebiasaan yang mengatur sopan santun dan disepakati oleh lingkungan.
+Dalam pergaulan haruslah memiliki sikap saling menghormati yang dikenal dengan sebutan sopan santun.
+Tiga macam arti tata krama: etika dalam nilai/norma, etika dalam moral, dan etika tentang baik/buruk.
++Etika dalam arti nilai atau norma berarti etika tersebut menjadi pegangan bagi seseorang atau suatu kelompok orang dalam mengatur tingkah laku.
++Etika dalam arti moral dimaksudkan sebagai kode etik.
++Etika dalam arti tentang ilmu baik atau buruk.
+Manfaat mempelajari etika: meningkatkan derajat dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, lebih cerdas menentukan sikap, meningkatkan kualitas hubungan dengan masyarakat, dan memelihara suasana baik dalam lingkungan.
