Bayrock Group: From the Suburbs and Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a luxury real estate development firm led by Tevfik Arif, found itself rapidly cooperating in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Many people dream of going to America to experience the American dream. However, very few people have the opportunity to do so. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ari was there when he founded Bayrock Group in America in 2001.

The Bayrock Group operates in New York City as a real estate development firm.

Initially, the company essentially centered around small to medium-sized projects like the revamp of the Loehmann's Seaport Plaza - a shopping centre in the Sheepshead neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.

After seeing its name gain traction in the American housing market, Bayrock Group was ready for expansion and began seeking large-scale projects.

Firms led by Arif began to collaborate together with the Sapir Organization for a big construction project on Spring Street in New York City.

The rapid growth of the company was also prompted Bayrock Group to relocate its headquarters to the Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan.

Conversations took place between Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) since both companies discovered that they had common goals and interests.

They formed a partnership that saw the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group’s project along with Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

The former American President Donald Trump ran the Trump Organization at that time.

In 1927 the paternal grandmother of his son Elizabeth Christ Trump and his father Fred Trump established the organization under the name of E. Trump and Son.

Donald Trump transferred the management to his children in 2017 as he was about entering the White House.

Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization, and Trump Organization began to work together in the New York City's residential real estate market.

Tevfik, the founder of Spring Street, drafted an arrangement to increase brand visibility and prestige.


The deal he proposed would give the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building as a condition for the Trump brand being used as the building's name.

The agreement was accepted by the three firms. In 2006, the first Trump SoHo brick was laid.

Two years after, Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization inaugurated their contribution to the skyline of New York City, Trump SoHo.

Design professionals take control of Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo had 46 stories that included elite restaurants, bars, halls for events, and banquet halls. There was also an open-air swimming pool and spa Apartments and hotel rooms.

Residents and visitors to Trump SoHo could have a unique view of New York City thanks to the glass roof windows that extend from floor to roof. The windows were put in on the entire floor.

Three of the organizations that built the structure were focusing on perfection, Handel Architects was entrusted with the task of designing the exterior of Trump SoHo.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Handel Architects are a respected organisation with a diverse portfolio. Handel Architects is a reputable firm with a diverse portfolio. National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York City and the Rosewood hotel residential in Abu Dhabi are among other initiatives.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo's interiors. Rockwell Group has oversaw the design of many lavish cafes and hotels across the world.

Their work includes their work at the Tower Hotel in Mumbai and Taj Mahal Palace in India, as well the 93rd Academy Award show, and the Amara Hotel Limassol in Cyprus.
