Is tap water contamination? These unsubstantiated claims are where they come from.
What is a Gryphosate herbicide, you might ask?

Glyphosate ("ingredient name "glyphosateisopropylamine-salt") is a herbicide that is widely used in agriculture and gardening throughout the world which includes Japan. グリホサート ラウンドアップ Glyphosate is absorbed from green partslike stems and leaves. Once sprayed, the agent migrates to the root, and then withers the whole. It is non-selective and all plants will die when it is spraying their leaves. A lot of pesticide companies sell herbicides containing glyphosate because the patent period for the ingredients is over. All herbicides containing glyphosate in the marketplace have been rigorously tested and are therefore reliable.

Glyphosate has one its distinctive features it's security. It is because of an underlying mechanism that blocks the actions of enzymes that are found in plants (not found in animals) and is very low in toxicity to animals. The chemical solution that is sprayed becomes food for microorganisms when it comes in contact with the soil. It then is separated into water and carbon dioxide. グリホサート This makes it unique because it contains no herbicidal substances. It is a pesticide recognized in the world that contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gases because it enables no-tillage agriculture.

Glyphosate in tap water

Tap water is completely safe

What are the effects of glyphosate on the water supply?

In April of 2020, Weekly Shincho said, "In Japan, there is no normal value for the amount of glyphosate left in tap water, only the amount that the government has set as." It is also more than other pesticides, other countries, or drinking water contaminated by pesticides. In an article, I stated that there was. There are fears that tap water could have the highest levels of Glyphosate. But, this information isn't true.

Firstof all, glyphosate does not have a "standard value" however it has a "target value". This is due to the fact that the water quality standards for draft value (concentration that is safe when you drink 2 liters of tap water every day for a lifetime) was glyphosate for 10 minutes of 2 ppm. Tap water has never been found to contain glyphosate with a concentration higher than 0.2ppm (1). According to an Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare survey, Japan has not seen any instances of glyphosate present in tap water with concentrations of more than 0.02ppm. There is no risk of detection.

The glyphosate that is sprayed on soil will degrade at half the rate in only two days. It will therefore be transferred to the water supply and tap water at the same time and won't cause any harm.

Safe tap water in Japan

Tap water from Japan has been proven to be safe. Tap water is safe as long as it is as is. There are 51 standards for inspection and the water supply is subject to strict quality control. Water is classified as "acidic", neutral, or alkaline depending on its pH. However tap water in Japan must have a pH of near neutral (between 5.8 and 8.6). There is a possibility that iron rust can be detected in your water supply pipes.

How is tapwater made? Tap water typically uses river and dam water as the primary source. After eliminating impurities via precipitation and filtering the water is then sterilized by water purification facilities. This tap water is then delivered to each household through water pipes.

Story about Japanese pesticide residue standard value

The glyphosate residual standard for wheat is 5 ppm in Japan. However, it was 5 to 5 ppm from December 2017. Concerning this, there are opinions such as "We have increased the limit to 30ppm by six times and feared health harm."

Tap water glyphosate

The value of the residual standard for glyphosate is exactly the same as that of the standard international.

Truth is that we didn't reduce the standard. グリホサート We set it to reflect the international residual standard value. Japan imports large quantities of wheat from South America, Canada, and the United States. The importer, which is the main producer of wheat from overseas, regulates the use at 30ppm. However, Japan's 5ppm standard value will cause all imports to be halted when it exceeds the norm. The supply of wheat could be affected, and Japanese food could be at risk. グリホサート In order to comply with international standards the value of standardization was rewritten. グリホサート Also, safety is not an issue in the current standards.

Learn to comprehend glyphosate properly

To ensure that consumers are not emotional influenced by the debates about pesticide residues it is essential to have the correct knowledge. Experts have conducted scientific research. It is also important to enjoy your food without being distracted lost in rumors.
