Tambahkan 6 taring ular untuk campuran ramuan kemudian hancurkan taring ular menjadi bubuk halus menggunakan palu setelah itu tambahkan 4 takar taring bubuk ke dalam kuali lalu Panaskan ramuan selama 10 detik lalu ayunkan wand di depan kuali dan tunggu selama 33-45 menit setelah itu tambahkan 4 siput bertanduk ke dalam kuali, apabila udah angkat kuali dari api sebelum menambahkan bahan berikutnya, baru tambahkan 2 duri landak ke dalam kuali, lalu aduk sebanyak 5 kali searah jarum jam, terakhir yunkan tongkat lagi untuk menyelesaikan ramuan
