1. Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have positively influenced others, helped resolve disputes, or contributed to group efforts over time.
I was in the robotic team in high school and rover team in university, i have always tried to participated in activity outside academic. I also tried to be more influential to other people instead of being the follower, I was once one time a leader in a four man team where our mission was to complete a section in the robotic team. I am always eager to put more effort then it is required if I find it interesting and work hard towards it. I work hard and work smart, these two traits are my signatures.


4. Describe how you have taken advantage of a significant educational opportunity or worked to overcome an educational barrier you have faced.
I have always wanted to try my hardest in every things as much as possible, I value the resources the teacher or the campus provided. Resources such as office hours, free tutor, or online resources that I can learn and practice more. During pandemic, when online school was a first thing to me, I find things to be really unusually from normal so I did find some difficulty. So I really tried to do everything possible I can do try my best to be success in academic field. I especially use a lot of outside resources to enhance my knowledge and skills, I would then use this opportunity in class to ask any question I have to the professors and peers. I would tired to form groups or study secession with my peers so we all can improve together.



5. Describe the most significant challenge you have faced and the steps you have taken to overcome this challenge. How has this challenge affected your academic achievement?
During University of first year I wasn't really ready for University, I still had many question about myself, where I puzzle on what I should be pursuing for. It has gave me a great opportunity to really understand who I am and what I want. I have really grown from the process that this not affects me a whole person but also my academic learning. I am now more eager to learn and persue for my future than the old me when from the past.
