Bernhard Burgener asks for the sale of David Degen shares.

One more move is the dispute between the owners of FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener and David Degen. Burgener is supported by the Board of Directors. However there hasn't been any agreement reached.
The morning of Monday saw the meeting of FC Basel Holding AG's Board Directors. Burgener and Degen along with Karl Odermatt & Peter von Buren, voted for the previous owner. According to a document released by the holding company Degen asked Degen to sell his stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG.
To do this in doing so, the Board of Directors relies on the terms of a contract which permits Burgener to transfer its shares to the shareholders of minority shareholders on the same terms. Burgener and his group are now making an announcement in the ongoing dispute with the owners.
