Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun serves as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakshtan in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina

Mr. Grinshpun started out in business activities in 1994 as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" which was focussed on oil production and marketing of metals throughout the world. A year later He joined Trans Commodities Inc. as the CIS countries manager. Grinshpun's journey to the top began in 1994, when he was appointed the Kazakhstan Regional Manager for the "Universal Market Association". The organization was is focused on the production of oil in Kazakhstan and marketing metals worldwide. In the year following, he joined Trans Commodities Inc. and was able to hold the post as CIS country manager.

In 1997, he became the General Manager in Moscow of Trans Commodities USA. This enabled him to continue working in the international steel business. He was a member on the Board of Directors from 1998 until 2004 of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. It is an international-rated company which produces more than 1,000,000 tonnes of steel products every year. Since 2004, in close collaboration with the honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works, he was engaged in the arduous process of trading of the products from the Moldovan steel plant.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company One of the most important natural gas exporters and producers worldwide was involved in an significant energy project carried out by the Moldovan government in 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun founded and was the General Manager of "ITERA ITERA - Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun runs business in different areas of business in the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998, he's the fiduciary shareholder as well as President of the Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom" The company is Moldovan oldest and the most respected factory, producing products for food like mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar sunflower seed oil, Halvah, etc.
