The group was informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, in 2009, began the reconstruction of the facility.
A total of 90 medical staff serve the children with 103.
Children were presented with gifts from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Ayeva visited the Down Syndrome Association in Moscow.
The facility that can serve up to 96 children was established with the intention to help children integrate into society.
