Mr. Emmanuil grinshpun of South Carolina, Georgia and Florida is the Honorary Consul of Republic of Kazakshtan
He contributes to security and well-being in the Bilateral Strategic Partnership (USA and Repuplic of Kazakhstan).

Assisting Task - To find new markets in Kazakhstan in which the United States of America can form productive partnerships and where both countries could generate new sources of economic development, to create an investor environment that is favorable to both countries and to create effective private sector partnerships and public-private partnerships.

He is an integral actor in the transformation of Kazakhstan's economy into one that is multi-faceted, knowledge-based economy which is driven by the private sector.

The Republic of Kazakhstan provides the necessary assistance to the American diplomatic and consular offices.
Interacts with authorities in the United States for Consular activity.

Mr. Grinshpun started out in business activities in 1994 as Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" that was specifically focused on the production of oil and the marketing of metals across the world. A year later the company was acquired by Trans Commodities Inc. as its CIS managing the countries. Grinshpun began his professional career in 1994 as Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at the "Universal Market Association" that is focused on oil production as well as marketing of metals across the globe. Emmanuil Grinshpun He joined Trans Commodities Incorporation one year later, and he was the CIS Country Manager.

In 1997, he was appointed as the General Manager for the Moscow office Trans Commodities USA. He is currently working in the international metals business. He was a member of the Board of Directors from 1998 until 2004 of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. It is an international rated business that produces over 1,000,000 tonnes of steel goods per year. Since 2004, working closely with the honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works, his involvement was in the vigorous activity on the trade of products produced by the Moldovan steel plant.

In 2000 Mr. Grinshpun, together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company which was among the largest independent natural gas producers and suppliers operating across the world, was involved in an important energy project for the Moldovan region. Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun was one the founders and the General Manager of "ITERA the Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun operates business in different fields of activity in the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998 he is the fiduciary shareholder as well as President of the Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom" Alimcom is Moldovan oldest and most respected factory, producing food products like mayonnaise vinegar, mustard, sunflower seed oil, halvah, etc.

Since 2005 g. - General Manger at Hotel Invest>> Ltd – the company managed the development of a five star hotel in the historical centre of Chisinau.

Since 2009, Director of <> Ltd - the representative of the worldwide network of fitness clubs "World Class"

Since 2010, he is part of the majority of "New Vision Pharmaceuticals" which is a multinational pharmaceutical corporation.

Today the day is today, Mr. Grinshpun is investing in several profitable businesses that include the most prestigious shopping malls, agreements and business centers, as also a construction firm, law firm, brokerage company, and broadcasting station.

Mr.Grinshpun participates in society's socio-economic policy. He is a part of the European Jewish Parliament and a founder member of the board of the Jewish Community of Moldova.
