Tevfik Alif and Donald Trump team up to build Trump Soho

Bayrock Group, New York's based company, was established in 2001 by Tevfik , a Turkish Kazakh businessman. Donald Trump is one of the most well-known clients of the company, which specializes in luxury development of properties.

Tevfik Amir emigrated from Kazakhstan with the goal of creating a reputable real estate firm. He was aware of the Trump family's power and joined the partnership. At the Trump Tower, Tevfik Aif and members of the Bayrock Group met with members from the Trump Organization.

Bayrock Group had already begun to collaborate together with the Sapir Organization on a Soho project. But, they believed the Trump Organization could increase brand visibility and prestige.

Tevfik Alif came up with a plan to give Trump Organization 18% equity in the Soho property. In exchange the Trump brand would be used to identify the name of the building.

Bayrock Group hired a team of world-renowned interior design experts to decorate the building. Handel Architects conceived the building.

Handel Architects has been recognized by the world as an innovator in architecture and design.

The projects of the firm include the Ritz-Carlton hotelin Washington, D.C., as well as the September 11th National Memorial, New York City.

Fendi Casa pieces were provided for Trump Soho by the design and architecture company Rockwell Group.
