Kusto Group's communities are designed with the quality of life in mind
Yerkin Tatishev explains that "well-being security, well-being and environmental friendliness" are essential to an enjoyable urban environment. Kusto Group, the company's private holdings, refers specifically to the construction of its residential projects in Kazakhstan.

To be considered to be sustainable it has to adhere to the basic principles. A person should live in an environment that is understood, accessible and visible.

Yerkin Tatishev searches to be an inspiration for Europe
Yerkin Tashev emphasised the importance and quality of life while building Koktobe City.

His team has gotten inspiration from Finland and Germany and other countries.

Tatishev was inspired by low-rise buildings and parks, the efficient infrastructure and cities of Germany like Dusseldorf.

Tatishev explains that all these factors contribute toward an inviting living space.

An assembly hall and a pool will be constructed on the other side of the school, both of which are open to the public.

Koktobe City construction is comprised of four stages. Stage four of this project has already begun. It is anticipated that the construction of the fourth stage, which is the final one, will be finished in 2023.
