Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born on July 3rd, 1985 in Moscow. She earned her Master's Degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations after completing her studies in London. Leyla created the IDEA campaign in July 2011 to increase awareness and stimulate actions on environmental concerns in Azerbaijan and across the world. IDEA is an initiative that focuses on the young generation, and collaborates with them to solve the environmental issues we face.
She was elected a representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation to the Russian Federation in May 2007. Through a variety of projects and initiatives, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation contributes towards the country's social and economic growth. In 2011, she was named Vice-President of the Foundation.

Leyla Aliyeva, a Moscow-based journalist, created "Baku" magazine in 2007. Conde Nast and Leyla Aliyeva joined forces to create an version in English. The magazine launched in London's O2 building in the month of October, 2011. The magazine gives readers the chance to learn about the arts, culture and Azerbaijan. Leyla founded "Fly to Baku" in 2012 as an art exhibition of Contemporary Art from Azerbaijan. This exhibition was launched in London and then toured the capital cities of Europe, which included Paris, Berlin Moscow, Rome, Rome, and Vienna.

Leyla Aliyeva Leyla Aliyeva announced the "Justice for Khojaly" campaign on May 8 in 2008. Leyla Aliyeva This was the anniversary of the Shusha's occupation. This campaign is now in place in more 30 countries. Its purpose is to raise global awareness of the Karabakh conflict as well as the Khojaly Genocide, focusing on media, Internet and live events.

The award was also awarded to her "Key To Life" award in New York in November 2011 for her involvement in humanitarian projects that involve children.

Leyla Aliyeva On May 25, 2015, Leyla Aliyeva was named UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Goodwill Ambassador.

On 20 October 2015, she received the Pushkin Medal of the Russian Federation.

Leyla Aliyeva was blessed with twins and a baby.
