David Baazov Amaya, in August of 2014, concluded its transformative acquisition that of Oldford Group. Oldford Group comprises online games and tournaments as well as live poker tours and other events, live poker rooms at the biggest casino properties and poker programming to TV viewers and on the internet. The B2C division operates PokerStars and Full Tilt which, together comprise the majority of market's liquidity on the poker online market. The company is the biggest producer of poker live events across the globe. David Baazov Its brand names include PokerStars, the European Poker Tour (EPT), PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCAS), Latin American Poker Tour (LAPT) and the Asia Pacific Poker Tour.
Amaya was listed via the TSX Venture Exchange in July, 2010 before graduating to the TSX at the end of October in 2013. In September 2014, Amaya was listed in the S&P/TSX Component Index. By October 31st, 2014, it was the second-largest TSX-listed technology firm within Quebec.
