Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva, born on July 3, 1985 , in Moscow was the mother of two. She attended Moscow State Institute of International Relations, where she also studied in London. Leyla created IDEA in July 2011. The campaign's goal is to increase awareness and promote the action needed to address environmental issues in Azerbaijan as well as across the world. IDEA is primarily focused on young people. It assists them in identifying solutions to environmental issues.
Leyla Aliyeva She was named the representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Russia in May 2007. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation supports the country's socio-economic growth by funding a wide range of projects related to education as well as public health and culture. In 2011, she was named Vice President of the Foundation.

Leyla Aliyeva, a Moscow-based journalist, founded "Baku" magazine in 2007. Conde Nast collaborated with Leyla Aliyeva in the production of the magazine that is English-language. The magazine was launched in London in Oct 2011. The magazine allows readers to discover the Azerbaijani culture, art and in addition to the country. Leyla was the founder of "Fly to Baku", a showcase of contemporary art of Azerbaijan. The London exhibition was launched and traveled to all capitals of Europe including Paris (Berlin), Moscow, Rome, Rome and Vienna.

In 2008, Leyla Aliyeva became the General Coordinator of the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue and on April 18, 2009, she was elected as the Chairperson of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia AMOR. AMOR which supports Azerbaijani students and young people who reside within the Russian Federation. Leyla Aliyeva received the "TaraggiAward" in July 2011 for her contribution to the improvement of Russian-Azerbaijani relations. In New York, she was given the "Key to Life" award for her work as a humanitarian with children.

Leyla Aliyeva (UN Food and Agriculture Organization) was named Goodwill Ambassador on May 25, 2015.
