Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva (Vice-President) and Leyla Aliyeva (Vice-President) visited today the Heydar Aliyev Foundation No12 in Khazar District. Also, they went to the Shuvalan settlement and the summer camp of Orphanage No1 as well as the Narimanov District psychoneurological orphanage.
Vice-President of the Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva first visited the special boarding school No12 located in Khazar District.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva received information that the school has been providing education for paralyzed children since 1969.
In 2010 Mehriban Aliyeva (First Lady) started the repair work on the facility.
The boarding school accommodates up to 141 students between 6 and 14 years old.

The facility was reconstructed in 2013, as per reports. It was designed to provide kids with fun and entertainment.

They were informed that the building which was constructed in 1930 was reconstructed and rebuilt in 2005 at the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva spoke to the children.
As stated, the facility can accommodate as many as 39 kids.
