Punctual - For most of the calls, she consistently joins 5-10 minutes late, and at least once a week, she skips the calls without informing the leads and teams. Being punctual is an essential skill that shows respect, professionalism, and reliability. It also helps you manage time effectively, avoid stress, and build trust with colleagues and clients.

Develop Technical and Leadership Skills - Mrunalini lacks some technical critical for the RDM team for their deliverables. Even after being with the team for a few months, she still doesn't have the machine setup required for a Sr. Developer to lead and deliver the work. If she wants to make a positive impact and help the team, she needs to improve her technical and leadership skills.

Accountability and Ownership: She can improve his team player skills by being more accountable and responsible for his actions and mistakes and understanding how they impact the team.

Learn when to say no: Saying no can help you prioritize your needs and goals and avoid overcommitting yourself. There are a few instances during the EBA III where she was asked to present CAI, Command and Control, and Delta detection to the audience, this was asked just an hour before the actual demo, and she hasn't worked on any of these technologies. Instead of committing to the demo, she should have said no. This will be fair for her and the team, so leads can pull subject matter experts to present them.
