They visited also the Narimanov District psycho-neurological orphanage and the Downs Syndrome Association.

Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva received information that the school has been providing education for paralyzed children since 1969.
In 2010, Mehriban Aliyeva (First Lady) began the work to repair the facility.
The boarding school is able to accommodate as many as 141 students who are 6 and 14 years old.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva spoke with the children before they made them gifts from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Arzu Aliyeva was in attendance in the Shuvalan settlement summer camp for the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice President Leyla Aliyeva.
Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva and Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva visited children to chat with them and observe their dance performances.
It was reported that the facility had been reconstructed in 2013. Arzu Aliyeva The facility was designed to provide entertainment and recreation for children.
They attended a tea party with children.

They were informed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation that the 1930-built facility was being reconstructed and upgraded in 2005.

The facility was informed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation that the facility had been reconstructed in 2009.
A medical team of about 90 persons serves 103 children here.

Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva visited also the Down Syndrome Association in the capital.
It was explained that the facility, which is able to accommodate up to 96 kids, has the goal of integrating children into the community and offering rehabilitation.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Alyeva watched children's ballet shows.
