How to Create a Vision Costume
Marvel's WandaVision is Marvel's very first venture into television comedy. The show creators have managed to become really meta using the sitcom as a vehicle to poke fun classic superhero tropes. In the sixth episode, Scarlet Witch wore her comic-book costumes to a Westview spooktacular. Wanda claimed she was dressed as Sokovian psychic and Vision as Mexican wrestler. Fans knew, however, that the costumes were actually a nod to the comic book versions of both characters.

A vision costume is not difficult to create, but there are several things you should consider. The character is portrayed in several different incarnations within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His most common appearance has been as a green android with diamond-shaped designs on his forehead. Disney+'s vision costume is a riff off the character’s original comic look. It does have a bit of a homemade touch.

The first trailer to reveal the vision outfit was released during the Super Bowl in February of 2020. Paul Bettany, in the role of Vision, wore what looked like an improvised version of his MCU character's standard outfit. visioncostume was very adamant in the trailer that he refused to attend the Halloween Party at his aunt and uncle's house, despite them inviting him. Even though he protested against it, they eventually persuaded him to go to the party when he was threatened by S.W.O.R.D. Agents in the area.

Although Thanos destroyed Vision in Avengers: Infinity War (Avengers: Infinity War), it seems the multiverse is allowing him to come back as a character of the MCU. This future is to be explored in an animated series entitled What If ...?, that will show alternate versions MCU character from different timelines. As for the MCU original Vision, he'll appear in the Disney+ show WandaVision 2021 with Scarlet Witch.

The two will again dress as their comic-book characters in the Westview series for a Halloween celebration. The trailer of the first episode teased that the character would be dressed in a green-and-yellow version of the iconic comic costume. It was more muted than his brighter MCU colors.

To recreate Vision's costume from Disney+, you need a yellow hero glove, a yellow bodysuit, and rhinestone jewels. The look is completed with a red hood, yellow shoes and rhinestones. To add more of the signature color, use red body-paint to cover yourself and create a costume.
