I used to love using Hotels.com; however, after experiencing current customer service, I am extremely dissatisfied. I was charged almost $1,000 for a visit I never made. Hotels.com and affiliated hotels need to communicate better.

The customer service was horrible I waited 45mins with and agent who wasn’t professional and still didn’t get any information in regards to my ticket refund…I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 15 mins and still no supervisor.

When planning a bundle trip, the airline options should be a part of the bundle-not separate. If those companies don’t allow the third party to do changes, they shouldn’t be an airline option. It hasn’t been the best experience with airline.

My flight was cancelled and I was put on a much earlier flight which was a cheaper flight to begin with by $53. Expedia would not issue me a refund for the difference. I now have a three hour layover ar 7:33 am. I will never use them again!

I had a bad experience this time. Unusual circumstance. Airline never received payment so my flight was cancelled. But when I checked my account it showed as being booked. Thank God I had an issue to resolve and found out before arriving at airport.

I had to repeat my issue to the agent several times before he understood the problem. After he understood the reason for my call, he assured me that my cancelled flight was not actually cancelled.
