Wish:
My ultimate goal is to become a Compliance Analyst within my company. However, in the short term, I aim to step up to the position of a Tier B agent. This role will provide me the necessary skills and exposure that I need to eventually transition into the Compliance department.

Outcome:
When I achieve my goal of becoming a Tier B agent, I will feel a sense of accomplishment and progression. This promotion will serve as a tangible reminder of my hard work and dedication. When I finally become a Compliance Analyst, I imagine feeling proud, competent, and fulfilled. I will be thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute more significantly to the company and to work in an area that truly engages my interests.

Obstacle:
The main obstacles I foresee are the competition for these roles and the potential challenges of acquiring new skills necessary for these positions. I may face moments of self-doubt or feel overwhelmed by the learning curve.

Plan:
To overcome these obstacles, I plan to focus on continuous self-improvement. I will take advantage of any training programs offered by the company and actively seek feedback to identify areas for improvement. I also plan to network with those currently in these roles to gain a better understanding of the responsibilities and to learn from their experiences. I will keep myself motivated by reminding myself of my ultimate goal, and use any setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow.
