Job Description:
We are looking for customer service representatives to handle inbound and/or outbound calls regarding customers past due balances and questions they may have regarding their accounts.
Representatives will work with customers to come up with a solution to help pay any past due accounts we have in our office and answer any questions they have regarding their accounts in a customer service friendly manner.
No experience is needed. We do four weeks paid training on-site.
Compensation and Hours:
Positions will start as part-time. We offer very flexible scheduling. The starting salary will range based on prior experience anywhere from $22-$28/hour. You will receive reviews within your first year and will be eligible for a raise along with scheduling differentials.
